America's Cup World Series San Diego Format

ACWS San Diego, USA, November 2011:

Racing is scheduled to begin at 1:05 pm Pacific Time each day.  All match races are 18-minutes long.  The Port Cities Challenge features one 40-minute fleet race followed by two 18-minute fleet races.  The MRC Seeding Fleet Races follow the same long-short-short pattern.  The Fleet Racing Championship Race is 40-minutes long.

The primary change from the Plymouth schedule and format is reducing the number of seeding races from six to three, over one day instead of two, though the structure of the Match Racing Championship brackets is essentially the same.
